I randomly had this idea while I was eating dinner with my mother, last night. So I made it. I am happy with how it has come out. The E actually caused me a bunch of problems. I couldn't figure out how to make it. The way I had it at first didn't work well. It looked more like NOON and I obviously didn't want that. I hope you guys like it!-Steven

This is really neat. I love the simplicity of the colors on the black background; it really makes them pop, just like neon normally would. The highlight on the lines is always right on. The lettering turned out great, too! I like how you did the 'E', even though it gave you trouble.
And, if you look at the small view, it looks like each little letter has its own color glow.
